Orders are shipped via Australia Post from North Queensland. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping is a flat rate regardless of order size. Australia: $12 standard / $15 express. New Zealand: $20 standard / $30 express. All orders ship via Australia Post from North Queensland.

We currently offer Black, Red, Pink, and Blue. Each case has three customisable parts: top, bottom, and latches. The default colour is black at no extra cost. Changing a part to a different colour is +$5.00 per part changed. We're adding more colours regularly.

Since every case is printed to order with your chosen colours, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your case arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll reprint and reship it at no cost.

Our cases are made from durable PLA filament, printed fresh to order. PLA is strong, lightweight, and produces a clean, high-quality finish.

Orders are printed fresh and typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Combined with shipping, expect to receive your order within 5–12 business days total depending on your location.
